Refund policy
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Item(s) MUST be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately after this timeframe your item(s) will not be eligible for return. No exceptions.
Items purchased must be in perfect/new condition to be returned. All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor as well as free of make up or deodorant stains.
We do not offer exchanges, however, if the item you are returning is in stock you can use your e-gift card to purchase a different size.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Please make sure that what you’re returning meets our return policy and is not a final sale item before you ship it back.
- Include your packing slip and the reason for your return.
- Please use USPS, UPS or FedEx (any shipping method that has a tracking number). Please email hamiltonlaneboutique@gmail.com for authorization and return address.
Hamilton Lane Boutique is not responsible for any damages to your items once they are washed by you. Please follow care instructions or use the hand wash cycle and do not dry.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
